ETI pays dividends usually a few weeks after its AGM, in June of each year. The specific date will always be announced well ahead of time.

The annual shareholder’s meeting for the year 2013 will take place on Thursday 20 June, 2013 at 10:30 am at the Ecobank Pan African Centre, 2365, Boulevard du Mono Lomé, Togo

As at December 2011, ETI had over 600,000 shareholders.

ETI also has preference shares. During 2011, ETI issued 1.07 billion convertible, redeemable and cumulative preference shares to the shareholders of Oceanic Bank International Limited.

ETI shares are listed on the Nigerian stock exchange, the Ghana stock exchange, and the BRVM in Abidjan.

ETI began trading simultaneously on the GSE, BRVM, and NSE on 11 September 2006.
